1. Eligibility

3. Events, Content, and RSVPs

• 3.1 Event Creation: As an event creator, you can create event pages, upload media, and share links with guests. You are responsible for the content of your events and for complying with all applicable laws.
• 3.2 RSVPs and Guest Information: Guests may submit RSVP information (such as name and attendance response). As an event creator, you agree to handle any personal information you access in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
• 3.3 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant EventPage LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
• 3.4 Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or share any content that infringes or violates the rights of others, contains unlawful, harmful, hateful, or abusive material, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

4. Paid Features and Billing

• 4.1 Paid Events and Tiers: We may offer paid features such as Standard or Grand event tiers. Prices, features, and limits will be displayed in the app and/or on the Site and are subject to change.
• 4.2 Payments: Payments for in-app purchases may be processed by third-party platforms (such as Apple or Google) or payment processors. Your purchases may be subject to their terms, conditions, and refund policies.
• 4.3 Refunds: Unless required by law or a platform's policies, all purchases are generally non-refundable. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Do not use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Services except as explicitly allowed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventPage LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventPage LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately stop. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Counter Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded or provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter notification that includes:

2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
